Formed in Sheffield, England, in 1977, Def Leppard became one of rock's best-selling acts, with more than 100 million records sold worldwide. The band's landmark albums Pyromania and Hysteria helped define its polished, hook-driven sound; fan favorites include “Rock of Ages,” “Photograph,” “Hysteria,” and “Pour Some Sugar on Me.” The group was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019.
The band's history also includes a notable story of resilience: drummer Rick Allen continued performing after losing an arm in a 1984 car accident. Def Leppard's shows are known for crowd-singalong choruses and large-scale production, making familiar songs a natural fit for an arena. Goo Goo Dolls and The Struts complete the announced lineup; set times and the precise running order may vary.
Climate Pledge Arena hosts concerts in Seattle's Uptown neighborhood, near the Seattle Center. Its indoor arena setting brings the crowd together around the stage, while the production scale suits a bill built around big choruses and visual effects. Check your ticket's section and entrance details before arriving, as stage configuration can affect sightlines.
For a close view of the performers, lower-level seats near the stage are often a strong choice, though the exact view depends on the concert layout. Higher-level seats can offer a broader perspective on the stage and arena production, and may be a practical option for fans prioritizing overall value. Prices currently start around $120 and may rise for preferred locations or as the event approaches.
Parking around Seattle Center can be busy on event nights, so consider reserving a space ahead of time and allowing extra time for traffic. Options may include arena-area garages, nearby Seattle Center parking, and private lots; availability and rates vary by date.
Review current parking details before setting out, since event-specific rates and access conditions can change. Avoid relying on unreserved street parking, which may be limited and subject to local restrictions.
